SEND
Zenit Miniatures sends all orders through the postal system, (delivery taking approximately 3 to 5 working days for registered post within the Spanish mainland and 6 to 10 days for normal post) after the order has been processed.
Postal charges are specified with each purchase processed. There is NO charge for any orders under 100 grammes.
The maximum payment for delivery is 200 euros
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS.
Under current legislation, (Law of Retail Trade) the period for returning goods is 7 days after delivery. To claim a refund, the buyer should e-mail info@zenitminiatures.es stating the invoice number and the reason for the return. The company will contact the carrier to arrange collection of the returned item, or you may return the product with another carrier, but it must be sent by registered delivery.
Returns will be accepted that meet the requirements below:
Products must be intact and in their original wrapping
.The customer will be responsible for shipping costs
The returned product must be properly packaged
